Bonnie Irwin
DIRECTOR
HAIR BEAUTY & TATTOO SPECIALIST
Bonnie is the owner of Icon. She has been working in salon from the age of 16 and it is clear her passion lies in this industry. She is an educator for TAFE QLD teaching hairdressing, barbering & beauty during the week and attends to her clients Friday and Saturday. Bonnie holds a wide range of qualifications and specialises in blondes, balayage, colour melts, cosmetic tattoo, dermal skin treatments & lash extensions.
Outside of the salon, Bonnie loves the beach, her fur babies & living a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Gillian Murray
SALON MANAGER & VERY SENIOR HAIR STYLIST
Gillian is the salon manager of Icon. She began her hairdressing career over 27 years ago and has been hairdressing in Australia for 19 years. Gillian is in salon Tuesday through to Saturday and specialises in most aspects of hairdressing and loves anything from blowdrying, cutting, colouring, foiling and chemical reformation services.
Outside of the salon Gillian loves being creative at home doing home renovations, driving her vintage car, adores rescuing animals and relaxing around nature.

Bailey Muir
SENIOR HAIR STYLIST
Bailey is one of our talented senior hair stylists. After trying out a few other career pathways, Bailey found his passion within hairdressing and is well on his way to honing his craft. He is in salon Tuesday through to Saturday and specialises in colours, both natural and more exotic funky colours, braids and more “out of the box” styling.
Outside of the salon, Bailey loves being out in nature relaxing in the breeze with a lovely book.

Kaya Vincent
EMERGING HAIR STYLIST
Meet Kaya, our superstar Emerging Stylist at Icon! With a Certificate II in Salon Assisting under her belt, Kaya knew from the start that the hair and beauty industry was where she belonged. She’s currently training in both hair and beauty services, combining her love for all things glam with a passion for learning.
When Kaya’s not creating gorgeous hair, you’ll find her painting or tending to her garden. Her creativity and calming energy make her a true gem in the salon.
Kaya is in the salon Tuesday - Saturday.

Eva Morabito
EMERGING HAIR STYLIST
Eva has 2 years of hairdressing experience under her belt, she’s all about making people look and feel amazing. Eva’s creativity and passion shine through every moment she’s in the salon. She loves building genuine relationships with her clients, ensuring everyone leaves her chair with a big smile and even bigger confidence.
When Eva’s not in the salon, you can find her soaking up the sun at the beach, at the gym, or spending quality time with her family and friends.
Eva is in the salon Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

JUNIOR ASSISTANT
Meet Caitlyn! Currently in Year 12, Caitlyn is a friendly, bubbly presence in the salon who loves making people feel great. Outside of hairdressing, she’s passionate about dance, bringing her attention to detail to everything she does.
Her positive energy and genuine care for her clients make every appointment enjoyable and relaxed. Whether you're after a great head massage or a blowdry, Caitlyn’s approach will leave you feeling both confident and comfortable.
Caitlyn is in the salon Saturdays.
