SALON POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please allow us more than 48 hours notice. We hold the right to charge a 20% for late cancelations (48hrs or less before time of appointment) and a 50% fee for no shows.

It is a requirement that all services over $100 must be confirmed by entering card details at the time of booking. This is done through a text message link that you will receive once the appointment is made. Card details are required for online booking also. If you have not confirmed with card details, the booking is not confirmed.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you haven't arrived, your appointment will be automatically cancelled 15mins after the scheduled time.​

Consent forms and waivers must be completed before the service commences where the stylist feels necessary.

All salon prices are determined by length & density of hair as well as time.

Our eftpos fee is 1.44% + $0.29 for each transaction. We also take cash and bank transfer as a way of payment which have no fees.

Afterpay is available when you spend a minimum of $200 per session in salon. See Afterpay terms and conditions. Please have your payment amount approved on the Afterpay app before arrival.  

At Icon Salons HB, we strive to ensure that every client is delighted with their experience and results. To maintain our high standards and provide clarity, please review our policy on refunds and redos:

No Refund Policy: Due to the time and materials involved in our services, we do not offer refunds for any services performed. We ask that you communicate openly with your stylist or technician during your consultation and throughout the appointment to ensure your satisfaction with the process and results.

Redo Policy: If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, we offer for you to come back into the salon within 1 week of your original appointment at no additional cost. Please adhere to the following steps to qualify for a redo:

1. Contact Us Promptly - Notify us within 24 hours of your appointment if you are dissatisfied with the outcome. If we are notified after 24 hours, this will not be a redo.

2. Provide Feedback - Clearly explain the issue you experienced so that we can address it effectively.

3. Schedule a Redo - Arrange a follow-up appointment with the same stylist or technician who performed the initial service.

 

Important Notes:

1. The redo service must be for the same type of service as originally performed.

2. The redo appointment must be scheduled within 7 days of your original appointment date.

3. We reserve the right to decline a redo request if the client has altered the original service or not followed aftercare instructions.
